Creatively Innovative: Blending Digital Conversion Design with Tangible Customer Retention Strategies.

My role with Creatively Innovative is twofold: maximizing lead generation and enhancing customer loyalty for their home service clients. I function as the in-house UX/UI expert, designing and optimizing custom landing pages to ensure a high conversion rate from Google Paid Ads traffic. Beyond pure digital work, I also drive unique retention initiatives. For the custom coaster project, I was responsible for translating the brand identity into precise digital tracings and shapes sent to the crafters. This blend of technical design, strategic thinking, lead me to managing the company's social media accounts. This position demonstrates my ability to contribute across every crucial touchpoint of a marketing agency.

The Conversion Funnel Blueprint: The core of this work is designing high-impact custom landing pages. I create visually clean designs built for the single purpose of conversion. I utilize design principles to establish trust quickly, ensuring every element is optimized to turn paid Google Ads traffic into qualified leads for our home service clients.

Bridging Digital and Physical Design: This unique project focused on high-touch customer retention. I was responsible for creating the precise digital shapes and tracings of the agency's logo. This meticulous work required translating complex design files into the exact vector paths needed for the wood crafters to produce the final, high-quality promotional gift.
